Our Rates & Policies

(May thru October, 2015)

Weekend nights: $175 / night

Mid week nights (M-Th): $155 / night

Weekly rate: (6 or 7 nights): $975

Note: We have a two night minimum stay on reservations at our bed & breakfast for many weekends. (SUNY Graduation, Back to School, Homecoming, Geneseo Summerfest and others)  All rates are subject to 8% New York State Sales Tax and 3% Livingston County Bed Tax.

Deposit: We accept all major credit cards and must have a deposit for first night's stay plus tax by check or credit card to hold your reservation. Balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation policy: You will receive a full refund of your deposit if you cancel at least 14 days before the start of your reservation. If you cancel within 14 days, you will forfeit your deposit. No refunds for early departure.

Additional guests: The rates quoted are for single or double occupancy. If you wish to bring an additional guest there will be a charge of $50 per night. No children under 12.

Amenities: Suite is equipped with microwave oven, coffee maker and small refrigerator. We do not serve a formal bhreakfast, but the kitchen is stocked with goodies. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or preferences (vegan, gluten free, etc.) and we will try to accommodate them.

A dining table and tableware are also provided, as well as Hi-Def Cable TV and Wireless Internet.

Check-in time: 3 pm 

Check-out time: 11 am 

No smoking is allowed in the suite at any time. No pets please. Sorry, suite is not handicap accessible.
